Syllabus
This page provides a general course outline of the material that we will be covering during the semester, how the course will be graded, and a general philosophy of the course.

Lectures
This page provides a general outline of the material, which was covered on the given day. It will not substitute for attending lecture. It will give you an idea, what were the main concepts in that day's lecture.

Homework Page
This page contains the assigned and sets of example problems. The problems are taken from the textbook and other sources. You will be generally have a week to finish the assignment. The assignments will be due every Thursday. The solutions will be available over at the WERC at the second floor copy center. The example problems will be posted on the web with the solutions, which should help you with your homework. You can get a hard copy directly from the net and you will find the hints and student questions about the problems sets. This page will be frequently updated with new assignments, corrections and hints.

Exam Page
This webpage will contain a review for each exam, student questions, time and place of review sessions and exam time and locations. The exams will be held on March 2 and April 20. The final will be in May.

Dr. Yao's Homepage
Dr. J. Yao is teaching section 501 of CVEN 345 and he has created a set of webpages for his class. You might want to take a look at what the other class is doing and look at some additional example problems and work some of the extra problems, which he has provided.
