Matlab software and documentation

Links to ancillary software and documentation concerning the Matlab system.

MathWorks (MATLAB) page. This is the location of MathWorks, a company that produces the MATLAB numerical analysis software. This site contains documentation and a large number of free ancillary software packages for MATLAB.
These are tutorials, introductions, and the like.
- The HPSC Project has available a tutorial called Elements of Matlab (215 Kb compressed PostScript).
Here are some ancillary Matlab packages, sometimes called toolkits.
- The Communication System Toolbox developed by O. Zeytinoglu and N. Ma is an extensive set of routines that perform various tasks frequently encountered in communication systems (i.e. detection, quantization, digital modulation, etc.). A nicely done laboratory manual (105 pages, 650 Kb PostScript) accompanies the package.
- The TeachWave library is a collection of Matlab scripts and demos pertaining to wavelets and wavelet-based denoising. The README file describes it in a bit more detail.
- The IRSATOL toolbox is a collection of over 600 Matlab files for the purposes of irregular samplng of band-limited signals. Further information about the package and how to obtain it is available.
