I HAVE NEVER UPLOADED ANY OF THESE TRACKS. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY'RE BETTER OR WORSE
THAN WHAT YOU MAY ALREADY HAVE.
I went thru ALL of my Faces cds & tapes, a/b'd duplicate tracks to find the best qu
ality and make sure none were offically released on the Box.
Some of these come directly from the BBC Transciption Discs>cass>Cd. So you may hea
r some vinyl clicks & pops. Next I will move on to the soundboards in my collectio
n. My goal in providing these recordings
is to locate the best quality out there. If you have a better version of ANY of the
se tracks please upload and make it clear that they are an upgrade.
I would also like to trade for better quality & complete BBC concerts. There's lot
s of Faces BBC stuff not included here so let's get the ball rolling!

Notes:

The Flying Burrito Brothers
Altamont Speedway, Livermore,
California, USA
December 6, 1969

audience recording, speed corrected
no artwork available

These are the FLAC files I've downloaded from the banned
"Altamont Festival Upgrade" torrent a couple of weeks ago.
http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=37942.
I have just renamed them and removed the commercially
available "Six Days On The Road". That song would have been
the first track after the introduction, so the transition between
the introduction and "High Fashion Queen" is not smooth,
as I did not want to change anything.

Here is the only lineage info from neuthorduo's banned torrent:

"This upgraded version was compiled from two sources.
The various artist bits come from a STG seed by woodstockfan
which was the best available source for the various artists
although the speed was too fast. Included here is my own
uncircualting speed corrected version of the var. artist portion.
For the Rolling Stones you should use the liberated bootleg
"The Killer Festival". I couldnt inlcude it here, sorry.

More on this show at http://www.woodstockproject.com/altamont

The sound is surprisingly good for an audience tape from 1969."

Thanks to neuthorduo for the original torrent.

Thanks to Mikcrobe for the raw transfer.

------------------This remaster took a lot of time and effort----------------------

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Please do not trade this as the official bootleg.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!For personal enjoyment only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This piece or "pieces" of music were performed in Paris 1975, this recording is o
ne of the earliest performances of Fripp's ambient soundscapes or fripprtronics.

This comes from a double vinyl called even spaces, but is also know as AIR STRUCT
URES, which is the title I have chosen.

It came to me as four raw tracks one for each side of the vinyl, I reconstruKcted t
he performance, removed skips and cuts in the music, I cleaned up as many noises as
I could without removing any music, and it all runs smoothly.

Even though there were no breaks in the actual performance I edited it to the 9 na
med tracks.

All the pieces naturally interpolate each other so I placed each track at the poin
t where I could just begin to hear Fripp fading in the next piece or where the musi
c changed distictly.

I completely re-worked the sound in many ways but I think it sounds very good and
I find that its now much easier on the ears.

I have also done 2 sets of inserts, the typical front & back insert with info, and
a set of avant-garde type inserts depicting the WIND theme which pertains to the W
ind section of the performance.

Track listing.

1. Transcendental Music Corporation. 10:25
2. Swastika Girls. 7:38
3. Wind On Wind. 16:07
4. Wind On Land. 4:01
5. Wind On Water. 4:56
6. Wind On Lava. 6:47
7. Wind On Fire. 4:40
8. Evening Star. 6:55
9. It Is For Us, But Not For You. 12:09

The times listed on the bootleg were aproximated only, original times were used as
a guide then I did my best to listen for each of Fripps fade-ins or changes in the
music.

Robert Fripp - Markthalle, Hamburg, Germany and Red Creek Inn, Rochester, NY, 1980, LB

Notes:

Robert Fripp and the League Of Gentlemen Live at the Markthalle, Hamburg 1980-05-24 +
at the Red Creek Inn, Rochester, New York 1980-06-21

Here are two dates of Mr. Fripp's L.O.G. tour. If you have never heard the League Of
Gentlemen, think "Red" era King crimson, stripped down and set to a dance beat. It's
instrumental only, hyperkinetic, and addictive.

The sources for these two shows are vinyl bootlegs. The first, "Heptaparahambugnokh"
has been around Dime before. The second, much rarer set is from the very limited "Roc
hester Red Creek" album.

I have supplied the track list supplied on the LP for the Hamburg show, but I believe
it to be mostly fantasy. I have no track listing at all for the Rochester show. If y
ou know these tunes, please let me know.

Thanks!
